I thought this was just a bunch of step aerobics and yoga but it was far more engaging with all kinds of fun family games. It's a very fun interactive experience. And some games really do tire you out.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. We love to play the Wii together, and now we love to workout together. I am seriously glad that I bought this. This has to be the most fun way to lose weight while spending time with your family and staying indoors!

This a brilliant game and fitness device. It combines fitness, fun and games to make this a really enjoyable way to lose weight. For those who havn't got much time to do excerscise this is perfect, as well as for those who don't. It set's you target's whic helps you get healthier. Even if you don't want to get fit this is still a really enjoyable game. This is brilliant for family's, adults and children alike. This is mus buy for the wii.

WII Fit

Great product for those of us who are getting on in the years and don't want to be bored by working out on a treadmill or stationary bicycle. It is nice to work out and have some fun at the same time. I could of course go out and play tennis or some other physically challenging sport but when the weather is in the high to mid 90's I just can't seem to motivate myself to do so. ;-)
