The mizuno alchemy shoe is good for those with a slightly narrow foot who tend to pronate some. This shoe was suggested for me by a specialist at Fleet Foot. I can tell such a difference when I put on a new pair. I am in my 50's now and it is important that I have good support and cushioning when I run a 5K.
