Pros: Love the basic functionality, the idea of PDA and phone merged into one device.
Cons: Poor quality control. Many mysteriously missing features.
DON'T, unless you are technically savvy. Technophobes will hate it. Be prepared to shell out more $$ once you own it.

Pros: Looks nice. I like the calendar and the task list.
Cons: Hard to upload. ITS REQUIRED TO HAVE OFFICE OUTLOOK to have a synchronized upload.
